Simultaneous Exchange. This agreement shall continue in effect during the entire term of this agreement. The parties agree to commence negotiations on a successor agreement during the last year of the contract by July 1st. During the first negotiations meeting, the Board and Association will simultaneously exchange proposals. New proposals will not be added unless mutually agreed.
