Common use of Simultaneous actions at Completion Clause in Contracts

Simultaneous actions at Completion. (a) The obligations of the parties under this document are interdependent and all actions required to be performed on or at Completion will be taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Second Placement Completion Date. (b) No delivery or payment will be deemed to have been made at Second Placement Completion until all deliveries and payments due to be made at Second Placement Completion have been made.
