Common use of Simultaneous actions at Completion Clause in Contracts

Simultaneous actions at Completion. In respect of Completion: (a) the obligations of the parties under this agreement are interdependent; and (b) unless otherwise stated, all actions required to be performed by a party at Completion are taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Completion Date.
