Common use of Simulcast Pay Clause in Contracts

Simulcast Pay. Public Safety Dispatchers required to work alone (simulcasting) for periods in excess of one hour shall be compensated in the following manner: an additional $7.00 for the first full hour of simulcasting; $3.50 for each full half hour thereafter. This change is effective the first full pay period following City Council approval of MOU.
