Other Participating Agencies may purchase from Vendor’s authorized dealers and distributors, as applicable, provided the pricing and terms of this Agreement are extended to Participating Agencies by such dealers and distributors. Vendor’s authorized dealers and distributors, as applicable, are identified at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/find-a-sales-rep, as may be updated from time to time. Pricing contained in this Attachment A shall be extended to all NPPGov members upon execution of the Intergovernmental Agreement.
