Common use of Simplified procedure Clause in Contracts

Simplified procedure. 9.5. When using the simplified procedure of attraction of subcontractors, the Contractor shall submit to the Customer a written application on replacement of subcontractors or involvement of additional subcontractors, or changes to the list of the works entrusted to subcontractors. The involvement of subcontractors cannot be in conflict with provisions of the Agreement, as well as the requirements of the procurement procedure, if the Agreement has been concluded as a result of a procurement procedure. After examination of the application and approval for the changes proposed by the Contractor by the Customer, the Parties shall add or amend the annexto the Agreement (List of Subcontractors and Works Delegated to Them) in accordance with Clause 13.3 of the general provisions of the Agreement.
