SIMPLE SEARCH Clause Samples
The SIMPLE SEARCH clause defines the basic parameters and procedures for conducting a straightforward search within a specified context, such as a database or contractual records. It typically outlines the criteria that can be used for searching, the scope of information accessible, and any limitations on the search process. By establishing clear guidelines for how searches are to be performed, this clause ensures efficiency and consistency, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over information retrieval.

Each page contains a fixed number of items, pre-set in the Aggregator, to allow a convenient display of the result in one HTML page (currently there are 10 items per page). The user can then browse the result list with the “next” and “previous” buttons which appear on the screen after receiving the first page.
