SIMILAR SERVICES. During the Term and following the expiration and/or termination of this Agreement, the Agency may enter into, and Contractor shall not oppose the Agency’s entering into, an arrangement with a third party or third parties pursuant to which such third party or third parties may provide services similar to the Services. Contractor shall have no responsibility to Agency with respect to such Services.
