Common use of SIMILAR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SIMILAR SERVICES. Nothing in this Contract shall prevent the Contractor from performing similar services for other parties. However, the Contractor warrants that at no time will the compensation paid by the Department for services rendered under this Contract exceed the rate the Contractor charges for the rendering of a similar benefit package of services to others in the Contracting Area. The Contractor also warrants that the services it provides to its Enrollees will be as accessible to them (in terms of timeliness, amount, duration and scope) as those services are to nonenrolled Participants within the Contracting Area.
