SIMILAR SERVICES. Subject to the restrictions in this Section, ---------------- Section 3 and Section 4.4 of this Agreement, and Altiris' compliance with the confidentiality provisions stated herein, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or limit Altiris from performing the same or similar services for, or providing the same or similar products to, any other entity in any industry, including the computer, software, semiconductor and electronics industries. Compaq agrees that, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, Altiris and its employees may provide services similar in nature to the services under this Agreement for any third parties both during and after the term of this Agreement.
