Signing of Subscription Receipt Certificates. The Subscription Receipt Certificates shall be signed by one or more officers of the Corporation on behalf of the Corporation. The signature of such officer(s) may be mechanically reproduced in facsimile or electronic form and Subscription Receipt Certificates bearing such facsimile or electronic signature shall, subject to Section 2.9, be binding upon the Corporation as if they had been manually signed by such officer.
