Signing Fee. Licensee agrees to pay Licensor, within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, a non-refundable signing fee in the amount specified in the Payment Schedule.
Signing Fee. The Borrower shall pay, or cause to be paid, within one Business Day of the Effective Date, all fees and other amounts then due and payable by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers and the Lenders under the Loan Documents or pursuant to any fee or similar letters relating to the Loan Documents shall be paid, to the extent invoiced by the relevant person on or prior to the Effective Date and to the extent such amounts are payable on or prior to the Effective Date.
Signing Fee. Lakes has paid the Band a non-refundable signing fee of $1,000,000 (the "Signing Fee"). The Band acknowledges receipt of the Signing Fee, which shall be for the account of Great Lakes. Use and disbursement of Signing Fee monies shall be at the sole discretion of the Band, and Great Lakes shall have no responsibility for such funds after receipt thereof by the Band.
Signing Fee. Two (2) Business Days after the Effective Date, Clinigen shall pay to Theravance a non-creditable, non-refundable amount of Five Million United States Dollars (U.S. $5,000,000.00).

Within the later to occur of (i) five (5) Business Days of the Effective Date and (ii) five (5) Business Days after receipt of an invoice from Camurus, Rhythm shall pay Camurus a non-refundable and non-creditable signing fee of [ ]* US Dollars (US$[ ]* payable by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by Camurus.
Signing Fee. Novo Nordisk shall pay to Zosano a non-refundable, non-creditable license fee of USD one million (USD 1,000,000) within ten (10) business days after the Effective Date.
Signing Fee. Immediately on the Effective Date, Licensee shall pay KeyGene a Signing Fee of [***] Euros, subject to Licensee’s right to deduct the No Shop Fee from the Signing Fee in accordance with Section 3.1.
Signing Fee. In consideration for the license granted by PDL under Article 2 of this Agreement, GNE shall pay to PDL, within fifteen (15) business days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, a nonrefundable signing and licensing fee in the sum of […], increased annually beginning on January 1, 1999 and on each January 1 thereafter by an amount equal to the Consumer Price Index-U (or its successor) published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (“CPI-U”) for the prior year. GNE shall be entitled to deduct from the signing and licensing fee under this Agreement any amounts not previously credited and subject to credit under Section 3.03(a). All such deductions shall be documented with any payments hereunder.
Signing Fee. Oxford agrees to pay StemCell $[***] within thirty (30) days of receiving an invoice from StemCell for such amount (the “Signing Fee”). Such Signing Fee is non-refundable and non-creditable.
