Common use of Significant Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Significant Property Damage. The defined term “Significant Property Damage” shall mean any incident resulting in significant damage to the Leased Property including, but not limited to the following: fires, floods, avalanches, earthquakes, catastrophic structure failure, roof collapse, or any Force Majeure Event caused by either man or nature.
