Common use of Signed Agreement Clause in Contracts

Signed Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement duly executed by the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender, the Issuing Bank, the Loan Parties, and the Required Lenders.
