Common use of Signatures; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Signatures; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. For purposes hereof, a facsimile signature, portable document format (.pdf) signature or signature sent by electronic transmission will be considered an original signature.
