Common use of SIGN-OFF OF PROJECT OUTPUTS INTENDED FOR PUBLICATION Clause in Contracts

SIGN-OFF OF PROJECT OUTPUTS INTENDED FOR PUBLICATION. Unless otherwise agreed between the Contractor and Project Manager, the Contractor shall supply the Project Manager with a draft for comment at least eight weeks before the intended publication date, for interim reports, and eight weeks before the contracted end date, for final reports. The Department shall consider the draft final report and provide comments within three weeks of receipt. The Contractor shall consider final revisions to the draft report with the Project Manager, in the light of the Department’s comments. The Contractor shall provide final, signed off interim reports and other outputs planned within the lifetime of the Project to the Department by no later than four weeks before the intended publication date, and final, signed off reports and other outputs at the end of the Project to the Department by no later than the contracted end date for the Project. The Contractor shall provide all outputs to the Project Manager in a single electronic Word file, fully proof read, and in the BIS standard report template, which will be supplied by BIS.
