Sidewalk Services Sample Clauses

The Sidewalk Services clause defines the responsibilities and obligations related to the maintenance, repair, and use of sidewalks adjacent to a property. Typically, this clause specifies whether the property owner, tenant, or another party is responsible for keeping the sidewalk in good condition, clearing snow or debris, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances. By clearly allocating these duties, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that sidewalks remain safe and accessible for public use.
