SIDEBAR AGREEMENT. The Pelham Education Association agrees to establish an on-going committee to discuss the issues and solutions encompassing the following propositions:  Teachers will be offered the opportunity to evaluate building level administrators. All evaluations will be submitted directly to the chairperson on the Pelham School Board.  Evaluations and processes shall be consistent in all three schools.
