Side Wall Clause Samples

The Side Wall clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the construction, maintenance, or use of the side walls in a property or project. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for building or repairing the side wall, the materials to be used, and any restrictions on modifications or shared use with neighboring properties. For example, it may address issues such as boundary alignment, access for repairs, or cost-sharing between adjacent owners. The core function of this clause is to prevent disputes and ensure clarity regarding the obligations and rights associated with side walls, thereby promoting smooth property management and neighbor relations.
