Common use of Side Agreements Clause in Contracts

Side Agreements. Neither the Borrower nor any Affiliate --------------- of the Borrower nor any director, officer, or employee of the Borrowers or any of their Affiliates, respectively, has entered into, as of the date hereof, any side agreement, either oral or written, with any individual or business, pursuant to which the director, officer, employee, Borrowers or Affiliate agreed to do anything beyond the requirements of the formal, written contracts executed by the Borrowers and disclosed to the Agent herein.
