Side Agreements. Neither the Loan Parties nor any Affiliate of the Loan Parties nor any director, officer or employee of the Loan Parties or any of their Affiliates, respectively, has entered into, as of the date hereof, any side agreement, either oral or written, with any individual or business, pursuant to which the director, officer, employee, Loan Parties or Affiliate agreed to do anything beyond the requirements of the formal, written contracts executed by the Loan Parties and disclosed to Purchasers and Agent herein.
Side Agreements. Neither the Company nor any Affiliate of the Company nor any director, officer or employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates has entered into, as of the date hereof, any side agreement, either oral or written, with any individual or business, pursuant to which the director, officer, employee, Company or Affiliate agreed to do anything beyond the requirements of the formal, written contracts executed by the Company and disclosed to Purchasers and Agent herein.
Side Agreements. Side agreements are not binding upon the Commissioner and do not change the Lessee’s obligations under this mineral Lease. The Lessee of record shall remain responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of the mineral Lease.
Side Agreements. Pursuant to and in conjunction with this Agreement, the Parties have concluded a side agreement to implement this Chapter. The Parties may conclude further side agreements in the future.
Side Agreements. Notwithstanding subsection 22.1 (Entire Agreement), Clients and Freelancers may enter into any supplemental or other written agreements that they deem appropriate (e.g., confidentiality agreements, invention assignment agreements, assignment of rights, etc.). The terms and conditions of the Terms of Service, however, will govern and supersede any term or condition in a side agreement that purports to expand Upwork’s obligations or restrict Upwork’s rights under the Terms of Service.
Side Agreements. Except for the Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among Luxor Capital Partners, LP (“Luxor”) and its affiliates (the “Luxor NPA”) and the notes, in the form attached to the Luxor NPA, to be issued thereunder at the Closing (the “Luxor Notes”), true, correct and complete copies of which have been made available to RCAP, there are no agreements, side letters or arrangements between the Company, on the one hand, and Luxor or any of its affiliates, on the other hand, with respect to the subject matter of the Luxor NPA (the “Luxor Transaction”).
Side Agreements. SBA’s obligation to make payments under this Agreement is not affected by the Third Party Lender Agreement or any side agreement between the parties unless SBA is a signatory to such agreement.
Side Agreements. Section 12.1 notwithstanding, Employers and Contractors may enter into any supplemental or other written agreement that they deem appropriate (e.g., confidentiality agreement, work for hire agreement, assignment of rights, etc.). The terms and conditions of this Agreement, however, will govern and supersede any term or condition in a side agreement that purports to expand oDesk’s obligations or restrict oDesk’s rights under this Agreement.
Side Agreements. 21.01 This agreement contains the full agreement of the parties and there shall be no side agreements unless in writing and signed by the signatory parties. Side agreements negotiated during the terms of the agreement shall automatically terminate upon expiration of this agreement.

No Borrower nor any Affiliate of any Borrower nor any director, officer, or employee of any Borrower or any Affiliate of any Borrower, respectively, has entered into, as of the date hereof, any side agreement, either oral or written, with any individual or business, pursuant to which any such Borrower, or any director, officer, employee, or Affiliate thereof agreed to do anything beyond the requirements of the formal, written contracts executed by the Borrowers and disclosed to the Agent herein.
