Sick Pay. The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave according to law. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Executive will be entitled to his full Base Salary from the first day of his sick leave. The Executive shall not be entitled to any compensation with respect to unused sick leave.

Sick Pay. The Executive shall be entitled to sick paid sick-leave according to in accordance with the applicable law. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Executive will be entitled to his provided, however, that he/she shall receive full Base Salary from payment as of the first day of his any sick leave. Sick-leave days are not redeemable by the Executive. The Executive shall not be entitled required to any compensation provide the Company with appropriate medical certificates with respect to unused any sick leaveleave promptly after his/her return to work. The Company may deduct from the sick pay any payment made to the Executive for the same reason by an insurance purchased by the Company.
