(2) A position in their department in the classification held at the time the leave started, if the absence is longer than sixty (60) calendar days, except in either case when all workers’ compensation leave and his own paid leavepositions in such class have been abolished.

9.13 Permanent and probationary employees who are injured while performing work within ten the scope of their employment for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and by reason thereof are rendered incapable of performing their duties, on or after January 1, 2000, shall upon approval by Human Resources, be granted sick leave for each work day up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (10130) calendar days of the request form being filed with the Personnel Officefor which Workers' Compensation payments are made for said injury or illness, said sick leave not to be charged against normal sick leave they have accumulated.
