SIA Responsibilities. A. Emission Reductions: SIA and the participating companies will monitor progress toward the Partnership Goal and will support the Partners' efforts to reduce PFC emissions by (1) sharing information about potential PFC emission reduction processes and technologies that are not considered confidential; and (2) adopting technically feasible, cost-effective, and commercially available emission reduction techniques.
