Shuffled Genes. Gene Variants which have become Shuffled -------------- Genes shall be subject to the exclusive licenses set forth in Section 3.1.2 and Section 3.2.2, and neither Maxygen nor Zeneca shall disclose or use such Shuffled Genes except as permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
