Shuffled Genes Sample Clauses
Shuffled Genes. Gene Variants which have become Shuffled Genes -------------- shall be subject to the exclusive licenses set forth in (P)3.1B and (P)3.2B, and neither MAXYGEN nor PIONEER shall disclose or use such Shuffled Genes except pursuant to such licenses.
