Common use of Shortened Interest Period Clause in Contracts

Shortened Interest Period. If no Term SOFR is available for the Interest Period of a Loan or any part of the Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Term SOFR, the Interest Period of that Loan or that part of the Loan shall (if it is longer than the applicable Fallback Interest Period) be shortened to the applicable Fallback Interest Period and the applicable Reference Rate for that shortened Interest Period shall be determined pursuant to the definition of " Reference Rate ".

Shortened Interest Period. If by the Specified Time on the Quotation Day, no Term SOFR is available for the Interest Period of a Loan or any part of the Term SOFR Rate Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Term SOFR, the Interest Period of that Loan or that part of the Term SOFR Rate Loan shall (if it is longer than the applicable Fallback Interest Period) be shortened to the applicable Fallback Interest Period and the applicable Term SOFR Reference Rate for that shortened Interest Period shall be determined pursuant to the definition of " "Term SOFR Reference Rate Rate".
