Common use of Short-Term Deferral Clause in Contracts

Short-Term Deferral. Any bonus payable pursuant to Sections 3.B.(i) – 3.(B).(ii) shall be paid to the Employee within a reasonable time, but in no event later than 60 calendar days, after the last day of the applicable fiscal year to which the bonus relates.

Short-Term Deferral. Any bonus payable pursuant to Sections 3.B.(i) – 3.(B).(ii) 4.B.(i), 4.B.(ii), or 4.B.(iii), shall be paid to the Employee Executive within a reasonable time, but in no event later than 60 calendar days, after the last day of the applicable fiscal year to which the bonus relates.
