Short Form. i. After an employee has four (4) consecutive years of long form evaluations with no "unsatisfactory" and/or "needs improvement" marks, the District may use the short form of evaluation. The evaluator must have been the teacher's immediate (evaluating) supervisor for a minimum of two complete contract years prior to short form evaluation use.
