SHORING. If any excavation or construction is made adjacent to, upon or within the Building, or any part thereof, Tenant shall afford to any and all persons causing or authorized to cause such excavation or construction license to enter upon the Premises for the purpose of doing such work as such persons shall deem necessary to preserve the Building or any portion thereof from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, braces and supports, without any claim for damages or indemnity or abatement of the Rent, or of a constructive or actual eviction of Tenant. Landlord shall perform such work using commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to Tenant's business operations and access to the Premises.
