Shoring; No Dedication Sample Clauses
The "Shoring; No Dedication" clause establishes that any temporary supports or shoring installed during construction are solely for the contractor's use and do not constitute a permanent improvement or dedication to the property. In practice, this means that the contractor is responsible for installing and removing all shoring materials, and the property owner does not acquire any rights or obligations regarding these temporary structures. This clause clarifies ownership and responsibility for temporary construction measures, preventing misunderstandings about property improvements and ensuring that the contractor retains liability for their removal and any associated risks.
