Shops Clause Samples

The "Shops" clause defines the terms and conditions under which retail or commercial spaces (shops) are managed, leased, or operated within a property or development. It typically outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the landlord and tenants regarding the use, maintenance, and permitted activities within the shop premises. For example, it may specify operating hours, signage requirements, or restrictions on the types of businesses allowed.
