Ship’s cash control. It is expressly agreed that the seamen to be recruited will always be the employees of the Owners and that the Managers will not be responsible for “any damages” whatsoever (direct or indirect, physical, financial or consequential) affecting the Vessels and caused by any negligence, default or wilful misconduct of the crew members.
