Shipment Tracking. The contractor shall provide a mechanism and all facilities necessary for the tracking of product shipments. Tracking information shall be provided to FISC Philadelphia and DISA/JIEO/CFS/TXIU 5600 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ an electronic and paper format. Additional details on format and locations at FISC Philadelphia will be confirmed at award. Details on date, Times report media and report frequency to be mutually agreed to at award. At a minimum, the contractor shall provide:
a. What was ordered (fee and/or product type); b. Quantities ordered; c. Ordering Organization and name of point of contact; d. Delivery locations/address; e. License Number(s) associated with products for each order; f. Warranty start date (per product and order); g. When order was submitted and processed; h. When order was received by the user or receiving office.
Shipment Tracking. Status transmission via the FERNFRACHT Platform Services is mandatory for every transport and an integral part of the Freight Contract! A detailed description of the FERNFRACHT Platform Services can be found directly on the Platform. Should there be no, incorrect and/or delayed status transmission, we reserve the right to charge an increased handling fee of 25 EUR for each status not reported. We are dependent on timely and correct shipment tracking, as we are connected to our clients via IT interfaces. In the event of delays or possible delays in delivery, we must be notified immediately. The information must be entered in the Feedback field on the FERNFRACHT Platform Services. The "General Terms and Conditions for the Use of FERNFRACHT Platform Services" shall be deemed to have been agreed. These can be called up at any time at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ under the heading "General Terms and Conditions" and will be sent on request.
Shipment Tracking. The contractor shall notify the KO if shipments to the TSDF are within the required time frames and provide all required reports if receipt has been delayed (i.e. discrepancy reports or exception reports. See paragraphs titled “Discrepancy Reports”, and “Exception Reports” for details.) The Government shall not be liable for any delays caused by the selected carrier. Any delays caused by the Disposal Facility (if waste is being disposed of separately under the Government’s current waste disposal contracts) shall not exceed the special damages costs that can be recouped by the Government under those contracts.
Shipment Tracking. When your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow-up the instructions regarding tracking and delivery.
