Common use of Shipment Terms Clause in Contracts

Shipment Terms. Unless otherwise stated in the Purchase Order, all shipments are Ex-Works (Incoterms 2010) SolarEdge Technologies Korea plants or warehouses from which products is shipped. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at Buyer’s request, SolarEdge Technologies Korea may ship orders DDP/DAP (Incoterms 2010), provided however that the Buyer assumes all shipment costs. Title and risk of loss shall transfer to Buyer upon the delivery of the Products to SolarEdge Technologies Korea’s warehouse in case of Ex-Works delivery or upon the delivery of the Products to Buyer’s requested destination in the case of DDP/DAP delivery.
