Shift Representation. The Bargaining Unit may select one (1) shift representative per shift and one (1) alternate representative per shift to act in the absence of the representative. These shift representatives shall be certified to the City in writing. Only those representatives certified by the Bargaining Unit in writing will be permitted to conduct business on behalf of the Bargaining Unit.
