Shift Change Accommodation. The Company will make every effort to accommodate a shift change for an employee called for jury duty or as a crown witness. If for some reason the employee cannot be provided with the day shift, the employee working the shift which immediately precedes the day on which the duty or crown witness service is required will be permitted to leave four (4) hours early.
