Shift Briefing. In the interests of smooth transition between shifts, where the Company requires that an employee report to their work site for briefing and/or the transfer of equipment prior to the commencement of his or her shift, such briefing will be carried out at no extra cost to the Company provided the briefing time does not exceed 10 minutes.
