Sharing Development Costs. Teton County Code, Title 9 § 9-4-2(G) provides the Developer a mechanism to recoup a portion of costs associated with Improvements benefitting adjacent landowners in certain circumstances. This Agreement shall not be deemed to waive any shared development rights afforded the Developer under Teton County Code Title 9.
