Common use of Shares Awarded Clause in Contracts

Shares Awarded. (a) In accordance with the Employment Agreement dated as of January 30, 2005 (as the same may be amended from time to time, the "Employment Agreement"), by and among the Grantee, the Company and Finlay, the Grantee is hereby awarded ______ shares (the "Shares")1 of Common Stock, $.01 par value, of the Company, which Shares shall be subject to the restrictions set forth herein.
