To the extent the following are not publicly available on the Solution’s website or on the website of the Securities and Exchange Commission, promptly after the sending or filing thereof, as the case may be, copies of any proxy statements, financial statements or reports which each Loan Party has made available to its shareholders and copies of any regular, periodic and special reports or registration statements which any Loan Party files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any Governmental Authority which may be substituted therefor, or any national securities exchange;
