Terra shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank and each Lender promptly upon the mailing thereof to the shareholders of Terra or TNCLP generally or to holders of Subordinated Indebtedness or 1995 Terra Debt generally, copies of all financial statements and proxy statements so mailed.

Such other data and information (financial and otherwise) as Lender, from time to time, may reasonably request, bearing upon or related to the Collateral or Borrower's and each of its Subsidiary's financial condition or results of operations.
Shareholder Reports, Etc. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and each Lender promptly upon the mailing thereof to the shareholders of the Borrower generally, copies of all financial statements and proxy statements so mailed.
