Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, as the case may be, copies of any proxy statements, financial statements or other material reports which any Borrower has made available to its trustees, beneficiaries or shareholders, as applicable, and copies of any regular, periodic and special reports or registration statements which such Borrower files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or any national securities exchange;
