Shareholder Information Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, that certain Rule 22c-2 Agreement between Company and Nationwide dated April 16, 2007 (the “Existing 22c-2 Agreement”) shall continue in full force and effect, and the Services required to be performed hereunder and the other obligations of the parties shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, the obligations of the Parties under the Existing Rule 22c-2 Agreement.
