Common use of Shared Use Clause in Contracts

Shared Use. CLEC-1 may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to CLEC-1’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Premises. BellSouth shall allow the splice, provided that the fiber is non-working fiber. CLEC-1 must arrange with BellSouth for BellSouth to splice the CLEC-1 provided riser cable to the spare capacity on the entrance facility. The rates set forth in Attachment A to the SGAT will apply.
