Use of Collocation Space. 7.1 Subject to § 7.13 below, XxXxxx shall only use the Collocation Space for purposes of locating equipment and facilities within Windstream’s central offices to connect with Windstream services only. Consistent with the nature of the Building and the environment of the Collocation Space, XxXxxx shall not use the Collocation Space for office, retail, or sales purposes. XxXxxx shall place no signs or markings of any kind (except for a plaque or other identification affixed to XxXxxx’x equipment and reasonably necessary to identify XxXxxx’x equipment and which shall include a list of emergency contacts with telephone numbers) in the Building or on the grounds surrounding the Building.

Consistent with the nature of the Building and the environment of the Collocation Space, Comcast shall not use the Collocation Space for office, retail, or sales purposes. Comcast shall place no signs or markings of any kind (except for a plaque or other identification affixed to Comcast’s equipment and reasonably necessary to identify Comcast’s equipment and which shall include a list of emergency contacts with telephone numbers) in the Building or on the grounds surrounding the Building.

TWCIS (KY) shall place no signs or markings of any kind (except for a plaque or other identification affixed to TWCIS (KY)’s equipment and reasonably necessary to identify TWCIS (KY)’s equipment and which shall include a list of emergency contacts with telephone numbers) in the Building or on the grounds surrounding the Building.

LSP-PGNAPS shall place no signs or markings of any kind (except for a plaque or other identification affixed to LSP-PGNAPS’s equipment and reasonably necessary to identify LSP-PGNAPS’s equipment and which shall include a list of emergency contacts with telephone numbers) in the Building or on the grounds surrounding the Building.
