Shared Resource. When any major resource referred to in subclause 8(b)(3)(A)(i) above is shared by a number of Parties on a pro rata basis and when the resource is operated so that the sharing Parties' loads are in some part served by such resource as if it were in fact within such Parties' utility responsibility areas, the effect of such resource on the capacity loss probability distribution for such Party shall be as described in Exhibit F, Reserves.
