Shared Private Drive Sample Clauses

The SHARED PRIVATE DRIVE clause establishes the terms under which multiple parties are permitted to use and access a private driveway that is not open to the general public. Typically, this clause outlines responsibilities for maintenance, repair costs, and usage rights among the parties sharing the drive, such as neighboring property owners. Shared Private Drive. There is hereby reserved from the conveyance of each of Parcels 1 through 6, inclusive, an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities purposes over, under and through the portions of these Parcels which are a "Shared Private Drive." The Owners of Parcels 1 through 6, inclusive, shall each have a non-exclusive right and easement for ingress, egress, utilities purposes, under, over, upon and across any "Shared Private Drive" which serves their Parcel, as indicated on the Maintenance Plat.
