Common use of Shared Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Shared Principal Collections. (a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 2001-D on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection pursuant to Section 4.06 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to the Certificate Representative.

Shared Principal Collections. (a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 20011997-D 1 on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection Collections pursuant to Section 4.06 4.11 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 4.11 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to deposited in the Certificate RepresentativeDistribution Account or distributed in accordance with the Loan Agreement.

Shared Principal Collections. (a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 2001-D 2001‑D on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection pursuant to Section 4.06 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to the Certificate Representative.

(a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 20011997-D 5 on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection Collections pursuant to Section 4.06 4.9 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 4.9 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to deposited in the Certificate RepresentativeDistribution Account or distributed in accordance with the Loan Agreement.

Shared Principal Collections. (a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 20012002-D 3 on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection Collections pursuant to Section 4.06 4.9 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to deposited in the Certificate RepresentativeDistribution Account.

Shared Principal Collections. (a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 20011997-D I on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection pursuant to Section 4.06 4.09 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 4.09 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to deposited in the Certificate RepresentativeDistribution Account or distributed in accordance with the Loan Agreement.

(a) The portion of Shared Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account equal to the amount of Shared Principal Collections allocable to Series 20012003-D 3 on any Transfer Date shall be applied as an Available Investor Principal Collection Collections pursuant to Section 4.06 4.9 and pursuant to such Section 4.06 shall be paid on such Transfer Date to deposited in the Certificate RepresentativeDistribution Account.
