Common use of Shared Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Shared Accommodations. If Resident resides in shared accommodations (e.g., in the Avenues Houses, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2-Bedroom apartments, Mission Bay 4-Bedroom apartments, or Tidelands 2-Bedroom apartments), Resident shall have no right to occupy other bedrooms and may not check out keys and/or fobs to access other bedrooms, in the University Housing.
